DAMSTRA TECHNOLOGY is currently seeking motivated and engaging professionals, with inbound calls and data entry experience to join our Singleton team. Starting at Damstra Technology in this role will provide you with a greater understanding of our Total Workforce Management System (TWMS) and will help you progress into other roles within our rapidly growing Company.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to take on an array of tasks. You will be customer focused and a committed individual, who enjoys problem solving and providing a high quality of service to all Customers. 

Key responsibilities will include:

Answering all inbound phone calls
Assisting the customer with their enquiry and ensuring they receive a high quality of service
General administration duties including email/ticket enquiries and over the counter enquiries
Ensuring accurate Data Entry in TWMS

Personal Attributes:

A positive and proactive approach, and strong rapport building skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Customer service & data entry experience within a corporate setting
A desire to move into a Client Partner role and become a key contact for Damstra Clients.
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
